Shocking service, Miserable staff(not the manageress), I really think they need some training in how to be pleasant to customers!!

Dont even deserve 1 star, visited today, lady serving well!!! asked for cheese toastie, NO TOASTIES! ok asked if they had chips? Replied in grumpy voice Yep! And then just stared at me! No manners, no customer service, wont go in again.
The service is appalling. One waitress spoke in such a rude and impolite manner. Never coming again!
Absolutely shocking ordered a pastie found my self waiting four days. By the time I got the grub I looked like I was going to dry up like a raisin. I then proceeded to order a water. I was then unpleasantly surprised by the fact I waited a further three days for the water. I have to say the biggest let down was there was no tomato sauce and that brings me to rate it to 4/5 stars.
