Very poor service stood at the counter for ten minutes no receptionist there, several people in the office saw me but was ignored.Gave up and went home presumably that was the desired result. Obviously customers are a damn nuisance.
Only scoring 1 as I can't do 0. It takes forever to be answered. More likely to be dead than actually get an answer from the phone.It says children can be seen after 4pm for emergency appointments but apparently now won't be seen till the next day
Terrible service. Prescriptions always go missing, wait times are a joke. They regularly run up to 90 mins behind schedule. Standard of care appalling. Special mention goes out to Dr Fielding whos ability starts and ends with effectively googling your symptoms before sending you on your way without as much as any kind of physical exam. Stunning job.
Whilst the facility seems good the service is incredibly poor. As a sufferer of hayfever for 30years I know my treatment well 180mg Fexofenadine . This is something Ive suffered badly with since birth. After moving to wales I joined Bradleys practice to now be told that Im not getting prescription medicine from them. Actually getting an appointment to see a doctor about this issue is harder than youd even imagine. Then once finally getting an appointment. Taking days off work. And getting spoken to like dirt by a receptionist with no medical qualifications what so ever. I get told. Have you tried Benadryl (they used its medical name ) like the last 30Years I havent bothered trying every single medicine availabile. I then get sent away with some scribbleOn a piece of paper and zero help. All this is made even worse when Im having to take days off work un paid because they refuse to give me a late appointment. I just find it shocking how people can be treated so badly whilst already suffering. Im now traveling over an hour back to my old surgery where the doctors and receptionists treat you like a human and not like dirt they can brush aside whilst they pick up there pay cheque. Hopefully the staff at Bradleys will one day need help off someone and they get treated with the same level of disgust they offer out.
