I have awarded 2 stars as they did clean the carpet to a satisfactory level. The reason I have rated so low is due to the extremely poor job done on my 3 piece suite. Once dried it looked worse than before. I contacted the company to - please come take a look at the suite! I was rudely told Im a busy man, I have a farm to run - You are a very demanding person! And he hung up! He did not show up at the agreed time to view the couch. Just appalling customer service and follow up! I would not recommend Beck Cleaning to anyone. I have taken photographs to back up my review.
