We called Alan this morning at about 10:00 with a lock which would not open. He promised to be at our premises by 12:00. He arrived before that and had everything with him in the van to replace the lock and the failed door gearbox mechanism. He also cut extra keys and all the work was professionally done. Alan is friendly and we would recommend him to anyone. We believe good value for money as well. One of the few service providers who keeps his promise.
Alan is a true professional locksmith who I highly recommend. He has the most amazing tenacity and insists on a perfect job no matter how long it takes!
