Spent one night in double room as part of National Holiday weekend away and couldn't fault the hotel, staff friendly and helpful , evening meal and breakfast good so all In all enjoyed the short stay.
The waitresses & waiter's worked well, polite and helpful but food left a lot to be desired. 7.45 breakfast a bit harsh especially at Christmas. Not as good as a previous visit.

Very nice hotel, with clean, comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast menu, at a reasonable price. Deduction of a star because our rooms were above a function room - where the music went on until 12.30am..!!! We complained, and 10 a night was deducted from our bills - but it really didn't make up for almost 3 hours of loud music..! In every other respect, we'd stay here again in without question - but definitely request rooms that are not above a function room.
I cannot say enough about this stay. It is our go to place when we visit my mother and this time we were upgraded to the Windsor suite.We had some friends visit and as there was an extra bedroom they let them stay for just the cost of the extra breakfast.We will be back.
